Project Summary

Task:

We had to approach a real company and offer them free UX/UI design services to help improve their current user flow process. This challenge proved to be quite to… well challenge! Last minute we found out we would be working on their internal delivery driver app, not the customer app. Additionally, we were given very little information, no access to the real users and brand colours that didn’t pass the colour contrast test. We learnt a lot in this challenge! NB: I used “Douglas Inc.” as a place holder as the real company didn’t love what we came up with.
